2021 Remote VEX World Championship Judges 5/1-2

2021 Remote Judges are needed to interview teams remotely using web conferencing software. Judges will evaluate and rank interview responses using web-based tools and deliberate on award winners.

Commitment & Time Frame: ALL SHIFTS ARE US CENTRAL TIME ZONE! Judging will be conducted in 3-hour shifts. Judges may volunteer for as many shifts as they are able. Short breaks will be provided. If you register availability from 8am - 8pm our team will assign all shifts available in that time frame. If for some reason you are unable to fill the entire range, simply email [email protected] and we will make the necessary adjustments.

Experience and Skills Needed

• Attention to detail • Impartiality • Effective communications • Good time management skills • Robotics judging experience preferred

Mandatory Training Before Event: A brief training video will be sent to judges in advance of their first scheduled shift.

Dress Code: Business casual clothing that is appropriate for a student audience. Judges will be expected to be on-camera during the entire interview process.
