Remote Head Referee

There are two shifts with a 2:45 break between them: 8:15 am - 11:30 am and 2:15 pm - 6:30 pm

Must pass VRC Change Up Head Referee Certification Course and/or VIQC Rise Above Head Referee Certification Course (see training materials for link) before being assigned.
